We wanted to thank you cordially for saving our holiday! Both being students, we had a limited budget and had calculated to be able to stay in England for a week. We should have thought better than to arrive and leave at weekends, and with the added festivals, weddings and heat wave, we had spent half our money on high-priced rooms in just two days. It came as a wonderful surprise to meet you and Phil; finally something personal instead of a hotel room. We were so happy we could stay four nights for a very affordable price, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there! – Eric & Auke
Would just like to say thank you for the accommodation. The friendly welcome and comfortable room, plus the freedom and privacy of the self-catered style breakfast were great. Pear Tree Cottage provides a high standard with a lovely relaxed atmosphere. – Lucy Bricheno
We would certainly recomend this b&b to anyone visiting Midhurst. Our relatives from across the pond were delighted with the warm reception fron host Phil. My wife and I intend to visit again in the summer. Having breakfast to suit our time was a plus.– john hayward
The host, Phil, is very helpful and made our stay extremely comfortable. Our rooms were very clean and fridge, fruit and cereal were topped up daily. I would strongly recommend this as a B & B or self catering and will be staying here again.– L & D Osborne
We were absolutely delighted with our accommodation - beautifully clean and decorated to a high standard. Philip was an excellent host - very obliging. We'd never stayed in a self catering style B & B before, but really liked the idea of being able to have breakfast at a time to suit us, and provisions were stocked up generously on a daily basis with fresh fruit, bread, ham, cheese, selection of beverages etc. Couldn't fault it and highly recommend a visit – Mary Matthews
