It Is The Perfect Escape

Pear Tree Cottage Bed and Breakfast is run by Philip and Audrey Cleeve in the beautiful town of Midhurst within the South Downs National Park.

The cottage is ideally situated for a weeks break or holiday to travel the local area.

Also perfect for weddings and events locally at The Spread Eagle Hotel, The Angel Hotel, The Walled Garden, Cowdray Park, Grittenham Barn and Goodwood. We welcome walkers and bike riders within the South Downs National Park.

Two very spacious rooms all completely self contained and all ground floor accommodation.

Studio

The studio annex is a self contained room built on to the main house with an entrance hall between the two.
This has two single beds for when a twin is required, the beds can be put together to make a super king size bed when a double is required.
Another single bed can be put in room for a third person for an extra cost.
There is a small table and chairs and the breakfast station which has a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and crockery.
There is ensuite tiolet basin and shower room.
The cost of studio annex is £90 per night , if staying for the working week or longer ask about deals.
A continental breakfast is put in the room the night before ready for the morning .
There is a table and two chairs outside the front of the house on the pea shingle area you can sit outside and get some sunshine.
You get a set of keys to come and go as you please.

Cottage Annex

The Cottage Annex is a small self-contained cottage, separate from the main house.
It comprises of a King-size bed and a sofa bed, which makes the room ideal as a family room, or for a few people sharing.
There is shower room, with toilet and basin.
The cottage annex has its own small kitchen with a cooker, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, cooking equipment and crockery. There is table and chairs indoors for you to relax at meal times, and a patio table and chairs outside, where you can sit and enjoy some sunshine if you wish.
This is an ideal set up for builders and working people staying for the working week.
The cost of the Cottage Annex is £95 per night. This includes your continental breakfast which is put in the room the night before.
(Please note, there will be small additional cost for more than two people sharing the room. Discounts may be possible if staying for five days or more, depending on the time of year.)
